Had a great 2 night anniversary stay – staff was friendly, polite and very helpful! The upgraded suite was a lovely surprise too! We will definitely return 🙂

We have stayed at the Mill Creek every year since 2003 on – the best place in Lake Geneva. This time we brought our nephew Christopher to have fun at Venetian Festival. As always we had a wonderful stay!

I am a 20+ year hotel professional from Hilton hotels as a catering director. I cannot tell you how thrilled we are with the Mill Creek Hotel in Lake Geneva! The manager Jill is most accommodating, Hospitable and friendly! Her night manager follows through quite eloquently with amazing standards of this very beautiful property which is so conveniently located to the main street for shopping in Lake Geneva!

We especially enjoyed this facility because there is not a restaurant/bar at the property. However what you will find here, is an amazingly friendly staff who appreciates and loves their jobs, incredibly clean, pristine actually accommodations with fantastic linens and more pillows than you would hope for! The common areas of the property, such as the workout area, pool/hot tub and breakfast area are so clean, ample and amazing! Steps from the lake and major shopping outlets downtown Lake Geneva make this an incredible value and must have while visiting one of the Midwest most beautiful and attractive locations.

Loved everything about our stay here except the blizzard conditions, staff, location, suite, pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was very good, they even served Kringles!
