Mill Creek has many aspects that are unique in condominium hotels/rental suites-- certainly in Wisconsin, likely in the entire Midwest. Mill Creek is owner-operated; there are no large professional resort managers involved in the operation. The owners elect a Board of Directors, who employ a General Manager. The General Manager reports to the Board and operates the hotel for the benefit of the owners-- not some management company.
