Cancellation Policy: The Mill Creek Hotel has a two week cancellation policy for weekends, and one week cancellation policy for weekdays. Special Events and Holiday may be longer and could be up to 21 days. Call hotel for details. Also, July and August (Peak Season) come with a two week cancellation policy. No exceptions. Cancellation policies will be quoted at time of reservation as well and noted in your hard copy of your reservation. Two weeks prior your room and tax will be charged for Summer Months. |
| Reservation Information & Procedures: Check-Out time 11:00 am. Check-In time 3:00 pm. Reservations are non-transferable. No refunds for early check-outs. Changes in reservations must be approved one week in advance; however, we are not always able to accommodate your request. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. |
