The Mill Creek hotel offers the largest one-bedroom suites at the best pricing. All luxury suites are exactly the same. Each come with their own fireplace, Jacuzzi, private bedrooms, private balconies, two TV's, VCR, DVD's and fully equipped kitchens. All suites are approximately 760 square feet in size and have been voted by Lake Geneva vacationers as the best buy in downtown Lake Geneva.

With that in mind, you will find our cleanliness of our rooms to standard held by such organization like The Ritz-Carlton, and Four Season hotel chains. How do we do it? Our General Manager's background consists of years of work with these organizations, opening many hotels and training staff members to the levels capable of delivering such cleanliness. The General Manager has brought this philosophy to Lake Geneva back in May 2001, for the first time. The result was amazing; the hotel has increased in revenue and occupancy at the average rate of 20% each year. Cleanliness and great rooms, combined with the service to back it up, is definitely the prescription for success.
Courteous staff is no accident. All hand picked and trained by the general Manager, each member is empowered and expected to make every guest experience the most personal as possible. All of us here at the hotel have been here for 1 year of more and some have been here since opening. We are expected to give our guests the best service, but more importantly we want to.

The Mill Creek hotel is very efficiently run, and offers all the services and amenities you need, but does not supply the typical non-used amenities. Also, by being a boutique hotel and having more specialized amenities for its size, it cuts cost by eliminating large amenities seldom used by guests. Thus, the hotel can offer lower rates to their groups and still remain profitable. Please do not think for a minute that this is a motel, in fact, quite the opposite. The Mill Creek hotel offers 10 times the amenities of any motel chain, but the amenities do not cost what the amenities in a Ritz-Carlton hotel would. With this in mind, our slogan of Everything you need, nothing you do not, and at a price that's fair has been true since opening in 2001.
