What are the check in/out times?

Do you allow pets?
Sorry we do not allow any pets.
Is there a Resort Fee?
No. We do not charge a resort fee.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
2 night minimum on weekends during peak season and all event and holiday weekends.
Where is the hotel located?
We are located in downtown walking distance to all shops, beach and restaurants.
Do you have a pool?
We have an indoor pool and hot tub available from 7 am to 10:30 pm
Do you offer Breakfast?
Yes, a cold “grab and go” breakfast is offered every morning from 7 am-10 am
Do you sell Gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates all year round. Gift certificates can be purchased by calling 262-248-6647
Do you offer Corporate rates?
Yes, we have corporate rates all year round. Please call hotel for details
Do you have a restaurant on site?
No, we do not have an onsite restaurant, but we are within easy walking distance to 15 restaurant in downtown Lake Geneva.
Do you offer Packages?
Yes, we offer a variety of packages including golf, spa, skiing, adventure, family and romance. Visit our Lake Geneva Packages page for more information.
What comes with romance package?
Our romance package includes a bouquet of roses, bottle of champagne, chocolate truffles, caramel popcorn, DVD rental, a fifty dollar dinner certificate, and a twenty dollar breakfast certificate.
What types of discounts do you offer?
We have our own discount loyalty program. We also have daily manager discounts. Please call the hotel for details.
Do you have 2 bedroom suites?
All 33 suites have 1 private bedroom with a queen or king size bed as well as a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All suites have a max capacity of 4 persons.
